TERMS & CONDITIONS \u2013 SK HOLIDAYS SDN BHD<\/strong><\/p>\n

SK Holidays Sdn Bhd Terms & Conditions for tour packages.<\/p>\n

1. DEPOSIT PAYMENT<\/strong>
\u2022\u00a0 A maximum 50% deposit per person is required to confirm the booking.
\u2022\u00a0 Full payment must be made: –
\u2022\u00a0 30 days before departure.
\u2022\u00a0 Failure to make payment may result in booking cancellation and loss of deposit.<\/p>\n

2. BOOKING CHANGES<\/strong>
\u2022\u00a0 A RM100 per person fee applies for any changes after booking confirmation.
\u2022\u00a0 No changes allowed within 14 working days before departure.
\u2022\u00a0 Changing the entire booking is considered a cancellation and will be subject to cancellation fees and availability.<\/p>\n

3. CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong>
\u2022\u00a0 More than 30 days before arrival \u2013 50% cancellation fee applies.
\u2022\u00a0 Less than 30 days before arrival \u2013 Full charge applies, and payment is non-refundable.<\/p>\n

4. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY<\/strong>
SK Holidays Sdn Bhd has the right to cancel a tour due to reasons like natural disasters, riots, strikes, or government orders. If this happens, customers will be offered an alternative tour or a refund after deducting administrative fees.<\/p>\n

5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS<\/strong>
\u2022\u00a0 Customers must ensure their passport, visa, and vaccination certificates (if required) are valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
\u2022\u00a0 SK Holidays can assist with visa applications but does not guarantee approval.
\u2022\u00a0 All visa and travel document costs are the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n

6. PACKAGE PRICES & INCLUSIONS<\/strong>
\u2022\u00a0 Prices are based on current rates and may change due to hotel rates, currency exchange rates, and other costs.
\u2022\u00a0 Packages include accommodation on a sharing basis, meals, tours, and transportation as per the itinerary.
\u2022\u00a0 Packages do not include personal expenses such as laundry, extra meals, optional tours, porter fees, local government tax, tourism fees, etc.<\/p>\n

7. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES<\/strong>
No refunds or price reductions will be given for unused services like flights, accommodation, meals, tours, or transport due to personal reasons.<\/p>\n

8. BAGGAGE POLICY<\/strong>
1 piece of luggage per person (maximum 28 inches). Due to space limitations, additional luggage may not be accommodated. If extra luggage space is required, a second vehicle or an alternative arrangement will be necessary and the cost will be at your own expenses.<\/p>\n

9. TOUR CHANGES<\/strong>
Flight schedules or local conditions may require changes to tours, accommodations, or travel routes. SK Holidays will provide suitable alternatives as needed.<\/p>\n

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE<\/strong>
SK Holidays reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking if a customer is considered a threat to the safety or comfort of the group.<\/p>\n

11. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong>
SK Holidays and its agents are responsible for providing services as stated in the itinerary. If services do not meet the expected standard, suitable compensation may be provided after an investigation.<\/p>\n

12. TRAVEL INSURANCE<\/strong>
All customers are advised to get travel insurance for protection against flight delays, lost baggage, medical emergencies, and other risks.<\/p>\n

REFUND & RETURN POLICY<\/strong>
1. Tour Package Refund<\/strong>
\u2022\u00a0 Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
\u2022\u00a0 Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable and will be charged in full.<\/p>\n
