TERMS & CONDITIONS – SK HOLIDAYS SDN BHD

SK Holidays Sdn Bhd Terms & Conditions for tour packages.

1. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
•  A maximum 50% deposit per person is required to confirm the booking.
•  Full payment must be made: –
•  30 days before departure.
•  Failure to make payment may result in booking cancellation and loss of deposit.

2. BOOKING CHANGES
•  A RM100 per person fee applies for any changes after booking confirmation.
•  No changes allowed within 14 working days before departure.
•  Changing the entire booking is considered a cancellation and will be subject to cancellation fees and availability.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
•  More than 30 days before arrival – 50% cancellation fee applies.
•  Less than 30 days before arrival – Full charge applies, and payment is non-refundable.

4. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
SK Holidays Sdn Bhd has the right to cancel a tour due to reasons like natural disasters, riots, strikes, or government orders. If this happens, customers will be offered an alternative tour or a refund after deducting administrative fees.

5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
•  Customers must ensure their passport, visa, and vaccination certificates (if required) are valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
•  SK Holidays can assist with visa applications but does not guarantee approval.
•  All visa and travel document costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. PACKAGE PRICES & INCLUSIONS
•  Prices are based on current rates and may change due to hotel rates, currency exchange rates, and other costs.
•  Packages include accommodation on a sharing basis, meals, tours, and transportation as per the itinerary.
•  Packages do not include personal expenses such as laundry, extra meals, optional tours, porter fees, local government tax, tourism fees, etc.

7. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds or price reductions will be given for unused services like flights, accommodation, meals, tours, or transport due to personal reasons.

8. BAGGAGE POLICY
1 piece of luggage per person (maximum 28 inches). Due to space limitations, additional luggage may not be accommodated. If extra luggage space is required, a second vehicle or an alternative arrangement will be necessary and the cost will be at your own expenses.

9. TOUR CHANGES
Flight schedules or local conditions may require changes to tours, accommodations, or travel routes. SK Holidays will provide suitable alternatives as needed.

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
SK Holidays reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking if a customer is considered a threat to the safety or comfort of the group.

11. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY
SK Holidays and its agents are responsible for providing services as stated in the itinerary. If services do not meet the expected standard, suitable compensation may be provided after an investigation.

12. TRAVEL INSURANCE
All customers are advised to get travel insurance for protection against flight delays, lost baggage, medical emergencies, and other risks.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. Tour Package Refund
•  Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
•  Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
